Terrible knowledge of own product and also of returns procedure. Always give good reviews on good companies but after taking advice from rep ordered and those shoes were way off in terms of size, then offered to ship back free I said yes but did the free label back work in Ireland? Needless to say they don’t so have to send back by my own expense which would cost me approx a third of initial cost of shoes. Let down by Capezio by reps lack of knowledge.
